Franco Moroney Buenik has named Andrew Patton as partner. Andrew concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and tort defense, with an emphasis on construction litigation, including breach of contract, mechanics liens, construction defect, and personal injury; transportation litigation, including trucking and railroads; catastrophic injury defense; professional liability; and insurance coverage. He has a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a B.A. from Boston College.
